Privacy policy
Protecting your personal data matters to me, not least because my work is built on trust. This policy explains which data is processed in connection with this website. It is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH (Vienna, Austria). When you open a page, the server automatically stores technical information in log files, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This data is needed to run the website securely and reliably, is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period.
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or statistics services and no advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded directly from this server; there is no connection to Google or any other font provider.
3. Contact by email
If you send me an email, I process your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare any collaboration.
4. Booking via Cal.com
To book the free intro call, I use Cal.com, a service of Cal.com, Inc. (USA). When you click “Intro call”, you are taken to a Cal.com booking page. Cal.com collects the details you enter there – such as your name, email address, chosen time and your answers in the booking form – and forwards them to me.
Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. For more information, please see Cal.com’s privacy policy.
5. Payments via Payrexx
For card and TWINT payments, I use the payment service of Payrexx AG (Switzerland). You receive payment links from me personally. When you pay, your payment details are processed directly by Payrexx and the payment networks involved; I do not receive full card or account details. For more information, please see Payrexx’s privacy policy.
6. Data from our work together
Documents and information you entrust to me during coaching – such as your CV, references or notes – are processed solely to deliver the agreed service and are treated in strict confidence. I do not pass them on to third parties without your consent. Business records such as invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time which data I process about you, and request its correction or deletion unless a legal retention obligation applies. To do so, please contact nik@niklausfrey.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Changes
I update this policy when the website or the services used change. The version published here applies. The German version is legally binding.
